Africa is made up of more countries than any other continent. It is the second largest continent land area supporting the second largest number of inhabitants as well. Ethnically different  skin colours, religions, and cultures. The  Nile River runs from Burundi to Egypt and is the longest river in the world with the Congo river being the deepest.  Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania is the tallest free-standing mountain  Lake Assal in Djibouti’s is the second lowest point on Earth, the saltiest lake outside Antarctica, and one of the hottest places on Earth.

 

It is impossible to generalise, to define what is Africa and African. It is a diverse continent which is both exciting and challenging at the same time. It offer modern bustling cities as well as the opportunity to explore remote wilderness areas and wildlife experiences.
